Is our Faith Based on the Bible?

Is our Faith Based on the Bible?

Yes!

We believe in the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testament. We believe them to be the Word of God and we ground our faith and moral standards to the Bible.

Catholic or Protestant?

Is our Faith Based on the Bible?

Catholic or Protestant?

In short, both!

Though we came from the English Reformation we are still Catholic in the definition of the word. The meaning of the word 'Catholic' by Merriam Webster Dictionary states "the ancient undivided Christian church or a church claiming historical continuity from it". In our services, we recite the Creeds and have services from the Book of Common Prayer.
